For quality of life, a senior remaining independent in the comfort and security of known surroundings is often the best choice. However, many need some assistance. Often one hot meal a day can make the difference between a senior living independently and having to be institutionalized. In addition to the nutritional value of the meals, the social interaction with the volunteers delivering the meal and assuring that the senior is well encourages independence.

Although the average age of our clients is 82, we are not just a seniors' program. We help the handicapped and those in need of short term service.
